ORDERING
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as provided on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. All items subject to availability.

DELIVERY
For mainland UK destinations, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands, postage and packing is free. For other EU destinations, postage and packing is GBP£5.00 per book. For the rest of the world, postage and packing is GBP£10.00 per book. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you enter your online order.
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are sent airmail and are generally received in under 5 days. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund by return when goods are faulty or damaged. Claims will only be settled after the faulty or damaged goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card for orders by fax, phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are returned unpaid. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
